Robert R. Anderson
Estate Planning and Probate
Rob and Dave Anderson grew up in Alburtis, Pennsylvania. Personality-wise, they couldn’t have been more different, but what really bonded them was the difficult childhood they shared. That experience created a deep connection between them, and over time, their friendship became something truly healing and special.
As they got older, each found new places to call home and built strong circles of friends who supported them. Rob’s career and continuing education moved him to North Carolina, then to South Carolina, down to Florida, finally landing on the Grand Strand, while Dave settled in West Virginia and built a career as a computer engineer. Even with the distance, the two remained extremely close.
In May of 2022, Dave received a devastating diagnosis: multifocal glioblastoma. Early in the morning on May 7, Rob got the call—6:45 a.m.—with the news and was asked to authorize Dave’s treatment. Without hesitation, Rob rushed to West Virginia to be by his side and take care of him.
Unfortunately Dave succumbed to cancer and passed away on November 7, 2022.
Rob’s commitment to estate planning—and to building this firm—is rooted deeply in that experience. In many ways, this work is a tribute to Dave. His spirit is present in everything we do here. At its core, this firm is built on family.
